Carol A. Wells-Perlaky's Notations:
Notation 1: Variations of surname include Staehle, Stehle, Stehley, Staily, Steely and Starly.
Notation 2: Martin Staley is reportedly said to been born in Lebanon County or Lancaster County, Pennsylvania area. However, there are some questions on my side about this as his father would've immigrated to the United States/American Colonies before 1735 for that to happen, whereas many online trees cite sources where he married Anna Maria Germann in 1734 in Switzerland and Johannes Ulrich Jacob Staehli immigrating in the 1750s, not in 1734 or even 1735. If the 1750s immigration date is correct, then Martin Staley would been born in another country, not in Lebanon or Lancaster county area of Pennsylvania.
Notation 3: Share DNA matches with this person's known descendants.
Notation 4: Known ancestor of Carol on paternal side of her family tree.

Carol A. Wells-Perlaky's Notations:
Notation 1: Often listed with having the middle name of Washington, but that hasn't been confirmed. The youngest son, also named George, has shared a middle initial of "W" and is listed by many as "Jr.", however this isn't enough to confirm the elder George's middle name being Washington or even starting with a "w" as I've come across other "Jr"s that only shared their father's first names and not also sharing the same middle names.
Notation 2: Often listed with birth place being Florida, or even - more precisely - Saint Augustine, Saint John County, Florida. Reason I've seen shared for the East Florida location is due to banishment of the parents, and other Loyalists, from South Carolina area due to a Confiscation Act in 1782. Another location I've seen shared for him is Florida, Montgomery County, New York, United States. I went with the majority thought of the current state of Florida.
Notation 3: Have seen Sarah "Sally"'s surname shared as Oneal.
Notation 4: Share DNA matches with this person's known descendants.
Notation 5: Known ancestor of Carol on paternal side of her family tree.

Carol A. Wells-Perlaky's Notations:
Notation 1: Most often listed, without sources, as to passing in Roane County, Tennessee, United States or Tennessee, United States. However, given his children, post-marriage, resided in, and around, Scott County, Illinois, United States area in with the 1850 U.S. Census has him listed being in the household of one of his sons, plus receiving a Military Warrant in 1852 for 80 acres of land in Scott County, it leans more toward, after his wife's death in 1845, that Alexander Howard remained, and passed away, in Illinois, United States. Also there's a probate record for an Alexander Howard filed in Scott County, Illinois. I have not come across info for his burial location, but it may be he was also buried in Canatsey Cemetery and his grave was unmarked or his headstone is too damaged/missing?
Notation 2: Share DNA matches with some this person's known children's descendants.
Notation 3: Known Direct Ancestors on maternal side of Carol's family tree.
