Carol A. Wells-Perlaky's Notations:
Notation 1: Basing this relationship thought upon DNA matches with a) my own Ancestry DNA test, b) my sister's Ancestry DNA test, c) one of my maternal 1st cousins' Ancestry DNA test and d) one of my children's Ancestry DNA test. If David Palmer is not the father, as I speculate him to possibly being, then he could been a paternal uncle.
Notation 2: Found Mary Campbell's name, as the wife of David Palmer, through Elizabeth Palmer Grames' Indiana death certificate. The above mentioned DNA tests, in Notation 1, have DNA matches with known descendants of Elizabeth Palmer Grames' children.
Notation 3: Some trees share a Sanford Palmer [Sr.] and Mary Ann Davies as the parents of a "William James Palmer" and attach Blaney, Sr. and John Palmer being children of "William James Palmer" of County Cork and-or County Antrim. However there are issues with this (i.e. certain dates conflict/don't match up/are changed around by users or that blank name's line records said to be for "William James Palmer"/to create a set of twins) and that at one time "William James Palmer" was listed as a twin of another child, Sanford Palmer, Jr., to have 1 Christening record cover 2 children ... then it was changed to having "William James" be the couple's oldest child (perhaps as a way to try to "explain" why he, as the oldest, may not have a Christening record/that it was "lost", but all the other known children of the couple do have one. Another recent event, to try to help have "William James Palmer" kind of work for the father thought/to have one of their children born in Country Antrim to use a County Antrim birth record for a child named John Palmer, is to have Blaney Palmer, Sr. become the younger brother despite John Palmer's estimated birth year, in United States records, being consistent and share him being younger than Blaney Palmer, Sr. There is also that there are no DNA matches shared with any descendants of Sandford Palmer, Sr. and Mary Ann Davies's known children [Mary Ann, Hannah, Jonathan Tanner, Simon Davies and Sanford Palmer, Jr.] whereas there are several DNA matches with the descendants Elizabeth Palmer and Margory/Margery Palmer's children [and both women, in at least one record, shared being born in County Tyrone, Ireland to a David Palmer]. On my side, the DNA matching - as well the lack thereof - is hard to ignore.
Notation 4: Share DNA matches with this person's known descendants.
Notation 5: Known ancestor of Carol on paternal side of her family tree.

Carol A. Wells-Perlaky's Notations:
Notation 1: Share DNA matches with this person's known descendants.
Notation 1: Known ancestor of Carol on maternal side of her family tree.
Notation 3: Some online trees share her with a maiden name of Bradley. However, per my own research, it appears that her maiden name was Radley.
Notation 4: Some attribute her to being a daughter of Ichabod Radley and his wife, Hannah Bush. However, my research doesn't help support that connection. Ichabod Radley may been related, as an uncle perhaps, but what I found for him doesn't help support the thoughts of him and his wife having a child being born, or later marrying, in Ripley County, Indiana. I am not 100% certain about John Radle and Sarah Jones, whom I've attributed to being Hannah's parents, but about 70-75%. Would like to find a bit more information about Hannah Radley Hamilton.
